Order & delivery

At LockOutStore.nl we try to make the ordering process as efficient as possible, so you can get back to work safely and quickly.

1. Order

You can place your order 24 hours a day through our webshop.

  • Order directly: Add the items you want to your shopping cart and pay securely through our payment provider. You'll receive an order confirmation immediately by email.

  • Request a quote: For large quantities, bulk orders or custom work, please use our quotation form or email info@lockoutstore.nl.

2. Delivery time

We supply most products from our own stock or directly from the manufacturer.

  • Standard delivery time: Usually within 2 to 3 working days .

  • Bulk & Custom: For large quantities or specific "Made to Order" products, delivery time may be slightly longer. We will inform you of this after receiving your order. Delivery will be within 10 to 14 business days.

3. Shipping

Once your order is packed and handed over to the carrier, you'll automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track the shipment all the way to your door.

We work with reputable parcel services to ensure safe and fast delivery.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart based on weight and delivery address. You'll see the exact costs before you finalize your order.

5. Payment

In our webshop you can pay securely using familiar payment methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact and Credit Card.
