Universal Lockout Device for Circuit Breakers — 2 Pieces
This LOTO clamp lockout is used to safely secure a switch, circuit breaker or a protruding operating/clamping part in the off position. On the underside there is an adjustable clamp with a ribbed screw: you place the lockout around the part to be secured and tighten the clamp with the thumbscrew, so that the lockout can no longer slide or be operated.
At the top there is an opening for a padlock. As soon as you insert a LOTO padlock through it, the clamp can no longer be unscrewed and the isolation point is locked. Multiple people can each attach their own padlock via a lockout hasp, so that the installation is only released once everyone has finished.

Frequently asked questions about this product
Does this really fit every brand of circuit breaker?
On virtually all modern circuit breakers, yes — Schneider, ABB, Hager, Eaton, Siemens, Legrand and most other brands. The device works by enclosing the entire switch handle, so no lockout hole in the switch is required. For very old or highly unusual breakers, it is worth checking in advance.
Do I need any tools?
No — the device secures itself with a thumbscrew that you tighten by hand. Push the circuit breaker to the OFF position, place the device around it, tighten the thumbscrew, and insert your LOTO padlock through it. Done within half a minute.
How does this differ from the standard MCB lockout device?
The standard model clamps into a specific lockout hole in the rocker switch (more secure, but only works if that hole is present). This universal model clamps around the entire switch — works on any breaker, regardless of whether a hole is present. Universal design = safety margin, particularly useful in older installations.
