At LockOutStore.nl we try to make the ordering process as efficient as possible, so that you can get to work safely and quickly.
1. Ordering
You can place your order 24 hours a day via our webshop.
- Order directly: Add the desired items to your shopping cart and pay securely via our payment provider. You will immediately receive an order confirmation by email.
- Request a quote: For large quantities, bulk orders or custom work, you can use our quote form or email info@lockoutstore.nl.
2. Delivery time
We deliver most products from our own stock or directly from the manufacturer.
- Standard delivery time: Usually within 2 to 3 business days.
- Bulk & custom work: For large quantities or specific 'Made To Order' products, the delivery time may be somewhat longer. We will inform you about this after receiving your order. Expect 10 to 14 business days.

3. Shipping
As soon as your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to follow the shipment right to your doorstep.
We work together with reputable parcel services to guarantee safe and fast delivery.
4. Shipping costs
The shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart based on the weight and the delivery address. You will see the exact costs before you place your order definitively.
5. Payment
In our webshop you can pay securely via the well-known payment methods, such as iDEAL, Bancontact and credit card.
