Returns
It can happen that you accidentally ordered the wrong product. At LockOutStore.nl you can return products, provided they meet our return conditions.
Conditions
- Period: You report the return within 30 days of receipt.
- Condition: The product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- Exception (custom & bulk): Products that were produced especially for you (Made To Order), are personalised or were ordered in bulk especially for you cannot be returned.

Return process
1. Register — Send an email to info@lockoutstore.nl. Clearly state your order number (found on your packing slip or in the confirmation email) and which products are involved.
2. Pack & ship — After our confirmation, pack the products securely in an outer box. Add the packing slip (or a note with your order number) so that we can process your return quickly.

The costs of the return shipment are at your own expense.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the goods, you will receive a credit note by email. We will then refund the purchase amount within a few business days via the payment method you used when ordering.
