Returns

It's possible you accidentally ordered the wrong product. At LockOutStore.nl , you can return products as long as they meet our return policy.

Terms and Conditions

• Term: You report the return within 30 days of receipt.

• Condition: The product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

• Exception (Custom & Bulk): Products that are made to order, personalized, or ordered in bulk specifically for you cannot be returned.

Return process

1. Register Send an email to info@lockoutstore.nl Please clearly state your order number (found on your packing slip or in the confirmation email) and which products are involved.

2. Packaging & Shipping After our confirmation, please pack the products securely in a shipping carton. Include the packing slip (or a note with your order number) so we can process your return quickly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the goods, you will receive a credit note by email. We will then refund the purchase amount within a few business days using the payment method you used when placing your order.
