When a standard 38mm shackle won't fit around your lockout point, this nylon padlock is the answer. The 76mm shackle fits larger valves, main switches in older installations and situations where you want to lock out several components at once. Like our standard padlock, the body is fully non-conductive and suitable for electrical work.

Frequently asked questions about this product
When do I need 76mm instead of 38mm?
When your standard 38mm shackle won't fit around the lockout point — for example on larger valves, thick switch handles, main switches in older installations, or when you want to lock out several components at once. For 90% of applications 38mm is sufficient; keep a few 76mm padlocks on hand for exceptions.
Does 76mm fit in standard lockout hasps?
Yes, the 6mm shackle diameter is identical to our 38mm version and fits all regular LOTO lockout hasps. The only difference is the shackle height — not the diameter.
Do I get 1 or 2 keys per padlock?
This padlock comes with 2 keys — handy as a spare or in case a colleague needs to continue the work temporarily. Like all LOTO padlocks, each lock has a unique keying system (Key Different).
