This LOTO lockout is used to safely secure a circuit breaker (MCB) in the off position. On the underside are two pins that you insert into the holes of the circuit breaker.
At the top is an opening for a padlock. As soon as you insert a LOTO padlock through it, the lockout can no longer be removed and the breaker stays blocked.

- When working on installations, the installation must be made safe. This product is designed to lock a circuit breaker in the OFF position.
- Locking is done with a padlock, or if several technicians work on the same installation, a padlock multiplier (hasp) must be used.
- This type of lockout system is also suitable when several circuit breakers are installed side by side on the rail. However, holes for the lockout must be present in the circuit breaker.

What is the difference with the universal model?
This specific model uses the existing lockout hole in the toggle switch of the circuit breaker — that gives a firm fit, but requires the hole to be present (standard on most modern brands). The universal model clamps around the switch and works independently of the type.
Does this fit circuit breakers in older installations?
Yes, provided there is a lockout opening in the toggle switch — look for a small hole in the switch handle. For old breakers without this hole, we recommend the universal model.
How long does it take to fit?
Under 30 seconds. Switch the breaker to the OFF position, slide the lockout system into place, click it shut and attach your padlock. No tools needed. Dimensions: 43 x 24 x 24 mm per piece.
